ACT Center
The ACT Center opened for business in 1999, supported by a grant from the Partnership for a Healthy Mississippi (that is, tobacco settlement funds). The structure of this overall operation was developed by Karen M. Crews, DMD, Center Director, and Thomas J. Payne, PhD, Director of ACT Center Research.
