Mission
The Advanced Education in General Dentistry Residency Program (AEGD) and the General Practice Residency Program (GPR) at the University of Mississippi School of Dentistry will provide training at levels beyond the pre-doctoral education in all aspects of general dentistry and increased comprehension of the specialties. This expanded body of knowledge will also augment the practitioner's ability to interact with other health care professionals in the modalities of treatment of the medically compromised patient.
